No. You do not need a GP referral to see us. You can book directly through our website for online GP appointments, our menopause and weight management clinics, physiotherapy, adult psychiatry, ADHD and psychological assessment.

We are a digital-first provider based in Nottingham, and most of our care is delivered securely online — including GP appointments, menopause and weight management clinics, adult psychiatry, ADHD assessment and physiotherapy.

Some psychological assessments must be conducted face to face. Autism, combined ADHD and autism, cognitive and learning disability assessments all take place in person across Nottingham city and Nottinghamshire. This service is open to anyone residing in the area, or willing to travel to us to attend.

GP, menopause, weight management and physiotherapy: availability is shown in real time when you book, so you can see exactly what is free before committing. We hold appointments across evenings and weekends as well as during the working day.

Psychiatry and psychology: these begin with a questionnaire rather than a direct booking, so timescales depend on the appointment type. Once we have reviewed what you have submitted, we will contact you with the next available appointment for the assessment or review you need.

Psychology pre-assessment screening outcomes are sent by email within 5 working days of your completed forms being returned.

You can cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund or a free transfer to another time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments you do not attend, are charged in full.

We provide adult psychiatric assessment and treatment, ADHD assessment for adults and for children from age 7, autism assessment from age 13, cognitive assessment and learning disability diagnostics.

Assessments are carried out by our consultant psychiatrist and registered psychologist using recognised, validated diagnostic tools. Our ADHD and autism assessments begin with a £185 pre-assessment screening, which is deducted from the assessment fee if you are advised to proceed. Cognitive and learning disability assessments do not require screening — you can request those directly.

Yes. We run dedicated online clinics for menopause care, including HRT, and for medically supervised weight management. Both are GP-led, with consultations from £110.

Medication is prescribed separately and supplied by our partner pharmacy, who contact you directly with the price and deliver in discreet packaging.

In some cases, yes. If you take regular medication for a long-term condition such as asthma, diabetes or hypertension and can provide a valid prescription record from your own country, our clinician may be able to prescribe an equivalent following a consultation, where clinically appropriate. Controlled drugs cannot be prescribed in these circumstances.

You must be physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of your consultation.

Online GP appointments start at £50 for 20 minutes. Menopause and weight management consultations are £110. Physiotherapy starts at £55 for an initial assessment. Psychological assessments begin with a £185 pre-assessment screening, with full assessment fees shown on each service page.

With your consent, yes. Good care depends on clinicians knowing what else is happening, so we strongly encourage you to let us inform your registered GP about any diagnosis or treatment. In some cases we may require it as a condition of prescribing.

Please note that your GP and other NHS services are not obliged to accept a private diagnosis, continue a private prescription, or enter into shared care arrangements.

Yes. Serene Health Partners is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. All clinicians are registered with relevant bodies where clinically applicable, and our team includes doctors registered with the General Medical Council and practitioners registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
