HRT Prescribing & Review

HRT done right — evidence-based, personalised

Hormone replacement therapy is safe and highly effective for most women. Our BMS-informed GPs provide careful HRT prescribing, regular reviews and the ongoing adjustments that make real difference.

Finding the right combination

HRT isn't one-size-fits-all. We help you find the right form, dose and combination based on your symptoms, medical history and preferences.

  • Oestrogen — patches, gels, sprays or tablets
  • Progesterone — for women with a uterus
  • Testosterone — where libido is affected
  • Vaginal oestrogen — for genitourinary symptoms
  • Body-identical HRT — preferred option for most women
