Is HRT safe?
For most women under 60, HRT benefits substantially outweigh risks. Modern body-identical HRT has an excellent safety profile.
How long can I take it?
There's no arbitrary time limit. Many women take HRT long-term with ongoing medical review.
HRT and breast cancer?
Risk is small and influenced by lifestyle factors. We'll discuss your individual picture honestly.
