ADHD assessment — a clear, evidenced diagnosis
A comprehensive psychologist-led diagnostic assessment for ADHD, available for children from age 7 through to adults. The assessment examines how attention, activity and impulsivity affect you or your child across different settings and throughout development.
A pre-assessment screening is required first. Before booking, you complete a set of screening questionnaires (£185) which our psychologist reviews. There is no appointment — you receive the outcome by email. If a full assessment is advised, the £185 is deducted from the assessment fee. Full Written Report
A detailed diagnostic report setting out the assessment findings, clinical formulation, diagnostic conclusions and tailored recommendations.
Feedback Session
A dedicated session to talk through the results, what they mean in practice and what support may help.
Scoring & Interpretation
All test scoring, normative comparison and clinical interpretation are included in the fee — no additional charges.
Recommendations
Practical recommendations for home, education or the workplace, written so they can be shared with those who need them.
About prescribing: This is a diagnostic assessment. It does not include medication. We do not currently offer ADHD medication prescribing for children or teenagers. Where an adult is diagnosed with ADHD, they can be referred on to a prescriber for assessment of medication suitability and titration through our Adult ADHD service. For children and teenagers, we will set out recommendations in the report for discussion with your GP or a paediatric specialist.
