Integrated, personalised

Anxiety rarely exists in isolation. Our specialists assess the whole picture — including any underlying ADHD, hormonal changes, trauma, or physical health factors that may be contributing.

Combining medication with CBT produces the best outcomes for most anxiety disorders. We can coordinate both pathways on one platform.

We are not an emergency service. If you have acute concerns, become unwell, or your symptoms worsen, please call NHS 111 or 999 as clinically indicated. We cannot monitor your health between appointments and cannot respond to urgent matters. If you are in mental health crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, call 999, go to your nearest A&E, or contact the Samaritans free on 116 123.

How to get started. Requesting an appointment takes you to a short online questionnaire about you and your concerns. Once you have completed it, we send you a link to pay and to complete any further forms your clinician needs before your appointment. There is nothing to pay to complete the initial questionnaire.
