Cognitive assessment — a full intellectual profile
A standardised cognitive assessment measuring intellectual functioning across all major domains. The result is a detailed profile of cognitive strengths and areas of difficulty, useful for educational support, workplace adjustments and diagnostic clarification.
A pre-assessment screening is required first. Before booking, you complete a set of screening questionnaires (£185) which our psychologist reviews. There is no appointment — you receive the outcome by email. If a full assessment is advised, the £185 is deducted from the assessment fee. Full Written Report
A detailed diagnostic report setting out the assessment findings, clinical formulation, diagnostic conclusions and tailored recommendations.
Feedback Session
A dedicated session to talk through the results, what they mean in practice and what support may help.
Scoring & Interpretation
All test scoring, normative comparison and clinical interpretation are included in the fee — no additional charges.
Recommendations
Practical recommendations for home, education or the workplace, written so they can be shared with those who need them.
Why this assessment must be in person: Standardised cognitive test materials cannot be validly administered over video — the published norms depend on standardised presentation of physical materials and precise timing. Conducting them remotely would invalidate the scores. Venue details are confirmed by our admin team once your assessment is booked.
